6.5x47 Lapua is even shorter than Creedmoor, which often seems to be forgotten. It’s also a cartridge specifically produced for target and competition use. Slightly smaller capacity and velocity, but Lapua brass is a bonus. There isn’t anywhere near the factory support but for reloaders that’s not an issue.
Should sit in a Tikka short action mag easy enough (at a guess).
To add to above, Wingman has a thread here about the 6.5L and found that it produced superior velocity to the creed in a shortish barrel
