    Shoutout to Workshop Innovations

Anyone else dealt with Julian at Workshop Innovations ?

I desperately needed some action screws today for my Rem that I sold on Trade Me and no one else close had them in stock. Even though they don't sell via a Street address shop Julian said he could meet me with them once I had paid online.

Great fella to deal with and he saved my ass.

He also informed me that he travels quite a bit so he may be the go to guy for special orders as he has an agent at Brownwells.

    Decent prices too.

He's the best. I pretty much only buy from him now. Thank you notes free gifts and bags of jelly beans keeps me going back. Fast as service responds to emails and shit too

I know a few places that could learn a thing or two from him about customer service

    Yeah man. I hear ya.

I bought Stainless screws too. Was one of about 4 choices so pretty decent and his price was better than elsewhere.

I'll probably upgrade my screws to the flash ones now just to say thanks for the service!

Julian is really good to deal with. Which reminded me to place the order I was supposed to send to him for dies in the greatest cartridge in the world. The mighty 243Win!

The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds
