Thread: Some nice dangerous game rifles

Short wee article but some pretty ones in there.
The double rifle at the top used by Stewart Granger has an I interesting touch with game shot and if it charged inlaid in gold in the stock.
Obviously had a bit of ticker

ohhh man they are to drool over -the workmanship -the wood - I do always wonder though how accurate they were compared to modern - be neat to put one up alongside a modern sako or Bergara -same caliber and scope - see how they go -be great to see

I know what you mean but I would image they would shoot pretty well. Especially the rather large ones.
They are meant for close range stuff so as long as it shot couple of inches at a hundy it would be sweet.
Still reckon if you were paying a shit ton like some.of these wouldve cost, they would shoot well
