Very little, and you could possibly get it ruled as no advantage unlike the other parts. But if someone cared enough to swap the other parts out to meet service class then it would be a no brainer to swap such a cheep part.
Of course open class is growing so fast that keeping it in more practical open configuration would be a very good option especially as at club level most people don't care and at the price it is being advertised for its a sharp deal

For a service rifle club meet it won't matter, just shoot the damn thing and enjoy it!
