Don't knock it, maybe trademe T3's go up a dollar per round fired. We could have a goldmine sitting in the safe. Mine must be super gourmet coz it's blown away peacocks.

So flicked the Bushnell up on Trademe has I already have heaps of scopes and it was pulled by trademe as a fake a few days later.
I contacted the seller and found the package deal was supplied by a well-known Gun store.
I ended up getting what the scope was worth from the gun store and the gun store had to send all the fakes to the NZ Bushnell distributor after they sent him a warning letter.

A bit of extra googling on my part would have identified it as fake.

Hang on, so a gun store was selling fake scopes on their package deals? Which store? Thats absolutely shocking

I've reported the auction to Leupold and told Trademe I have done so.
That normally gets Trademe's attention.

Shouldnt that guy be "in trade" as well, looks like he buys and sells a lot of firarms on there. Are there similar rules for selling firarms as cars? ie more than X cars a year and you need to be licensed?

Have a read of the comment hes left now, obviously in relation to the questions hes being asked but doesn't want others to see. Reeeeeal slippery gypsy this one...

I'm amazed it never got pulled by trademe. I reported it, as did a whole bunch of people I'm sure.
