Have access to a VX5 2-10, excellent hunting scope and would be my choice for sure - except it dont dial.
And just did my research, they do now have a 2-10 that dials. Either the VX5 or the Kahles will be my pick. Anybody wanna buy a 30-06, or a spare kidney or a SxS shotty?
I have a VX5 3-15x44 with the Impact 29 reticle I'm needing to sell. Can send me a PM if interested.
Have used for a few of GPREs 22lr shoots and it's been excellent.
@Husky1600 have you settled on a scope yet? I have a NXS 2.5-10x32 with a pair of NF rings that I'd sell. They don't offer the Velocity 600 reticle any more, but it looks like this...
10MRT shooters do it 60 times, in two directions and at two speeds.
The NXS and the VX5 2-10 would be my pick. I have a 2-10 NXS and is also illuminated which is a tick for me these days, dialable and zero stop and obviously can be used for fencing if you leave your hammer behind.
Mine is Mildot reticle and I can’t fault it as a good robust scope so I’d definitely have a look at this one above and compare directly with a VX5 2-10 as they offer very different things.

Your original post describes an NXS compact on every point.
The Digilum on the newer model would be a desirable plus on top of those points.
Snap up the next second hand one you see, you won’t be disappointed.
I have the 42mm with the MOAR reticle, it’s the bees knees.
@Husky1600 this one is pre zero stop but is dialable and illuminated. I’ll take some pics in the next day or so and post them here.
