I like the 'up to' part.. which can mean 10%.. or 2%

My RUM came with a new MAE HD Stainless as the last one had blown up - it pressure bulged the end of the new one in a couple of shots.
My 338LM came with a Hardy big Magnum - bugger all rounds through it and its showing signs of expansion already and is bent - Dan doesnt seem to care, so I'll shoot it till it blows up
I have a couple of supp on other guns - but I think 60gr of powder is enough for me with one - then onto a brake

Your RUM is a LR gun.. you have time to setup, and time to put earplugs on a string in

I was wondering with the problems of bulging light weight suppressors, would using titanium outer sleeve help address the problems?

I'd have to look at tensile strengths, but I think most of the issue is the high pressure combined with the large area along with the material characteristics
Using Ti would get you a stonger suppressor at the cost of weight, however $$$
