This is all rather confusing as regard to the address to send the Swarovski binos to.
I just sent a Swarovski scope for warranty repair to:
David Duprez
Area Sales Manager Swarovski/Kahles
Australasia
The address I was given (scope arrived there on Friday morning via courier) was:
C/- PBT
10A Barnes St, Seaview
LOWER HUTT 5010 NZ
I would expect nothing less than they will look after you 100%, far better than the small local guy who promises the earth to get your cash then absolves himself of any further responsibility!!
I lost my Swaro EL's lens covers once and they sent me 2 sets by courier at no charge as replacements, can't fault that for service!!
Good news got a call early this morning to say Swarovski are sending down a new Pair to replace them
Pretty happy about
Thanks for the the feed back 👍🏻
The Swarovski Optik customer service is good! Just contact them to replace a new one for you as you purchased it new no long ago.
The factory in Australia has been shut down for 8 weeks due to COVID 18 but was reopened a couple months ago. The normal turn around time would be 3 months to get it back from OZ.

Its with the retailer / manufacturer to decide if they will repair or replace but within an reasonable time frame. If taking too long to repair you can ask for a refund/ replacement. For cheaper goods probably easier for them to bin it and give you a new one, plus it provides customer satisfaction.
Think that might be a type O as I’m sure that the Aussie can’t make binoculars, but must be fairly good at making scopes as we all know how one eyed they are
It's all fun and games till Darthvader comes along
I respect your beliefs but don't impose them on me.
Couple of tips for new players...
One of the benefits of buying high-end stuff is that their customer support tends to be significantly better than the run of the mill variety. You get to speak to a knowledgable person rather than some flunky in a offshore call-centre.
For Swaro, a simple google search for "swarovski optik nz manager" will get you the name of their local rep.
Or, even easier, go to the Swaro website and look up the NZ agent details, JP's email and mobile number is listed there.
P.S. JP is a top bloke and is a regular competitor and sponsor of field shooting events.
