    Not common I'd say if I was down the blaser route I think I'd run a rail just cause . Are they as sturdy as ring mounts? I see the rail set ups in the European driven Boar shoot scenarios alot

    @25/08 IMP I'd say go for it. Quality product.
    I have the Z8i 1.7-13.7 x 42 on the .25-06 & a Z6i 3-18x50 HD on the rem mag. TBH I cant really tell much between them.
    Really like the adjustable illuminated dot for shooting in low light. Best glass I've looked through hands down.

    I'm running a Z6 2,5-15x44, hard to beat Swaro. The Z8 is stunning

    That zoom range would cover 99% of big game hunting scenarios though some prefer more top end.
