    Tikka barrel value?

Just trying to figure out what's a reasonable price for a secondhand tikka SS barrel? Approx 150 rounds down it, factory fluted, good overallcondition? Anyone able to give me a price check? (I'm looking at buying). Cheers

What cal? The magnums go for bugger all but the standard cals like 6.5creed go for a little more

Rechambering a fired barrel can be problematic. Was it rechambered as a “virgin” ? If it shoots well (sub moa) and round count is real then $250-300 sounds about right.

Recently bought a brand new unfired tikka 300wsm barrel for $200, mate bought a almost new (40 rounds) 7mm rem mag tikka barrel last night on tradme for $200, to me that seems to be about right
New unfired or low round count is irrelevant to an extent once it's been removed from the action it's second hand. Personally I wouldn't pay more than that.

I would be happy to pay up to $300 for a good condition T3 barrel. They make good barrels.

rightho...so here we have a 7mm-08 that has been rechambered for 284...so someone can buy it and screw the sucker in INSTEAD of having to piss around and find someone to do the conversion to their 7mm-08 barrel...it should sell very quickly/easily.

Many gunsmiths refuse to rechamber Tikka barrels due to how hard they are on the reamer.
