hahah gravelben ultimate tikka hater. dont buy one if u dont like them hate on em all you like but theyre cheap, accurate and light - what most people look for in hunting rifle. hence they sell as fast 2$ rub and tugs from brads missus (highley reccomended btw) . the stock on the t3 is a piece of shit tho ayyyye, only hit my missus twice with it before it broke completely

I don't hate them, they're decent practical rifles. I just don't see what the fuss is all about. Cheap, accurate and light maybe... but other rifles are cheaper, just as accurate and similar weight while having better (to me at least) triggers, safeties etc. And yet some people go on about Tikkas like nothing else even comes close, so I just try to balance it out a bit.

You're right on one count though... I didn't buy one The wooden stock 'hunter' version felt quite nice though, I'll give them that.

Why that ,because I shot a red last weekend with my T3 ? But actually 1 of the guys with me shot a hind with his T3 as well .

Might be nice if some arm chair hunters showed us what they can do ?

I have done alright this week, leg of venison end of last week another leg two days ago. A leg of pork yesterday and all done from my armchair...I just point the hunters in the right direction and reap the rewards. I think the pork may have been taken by a tikka (there is always someone sneaks one past)
