    Tikka T3 Hunter - stainless/fluted reviews?

Just wondering if anyone has one of these rifles and had any good/bad feedback?
I am looking to get one myself but have not had the chance to hold one yet.

    appreciate any input.

Don't think it was fluted, but I've had a fondle of a mates T3 hunter and with the wood stock it had a far nicer feel and balance than a plastic T3.

Any review suggesting it is better than a standard T3 (other than being slightly lighter) would be sponsored by Beretta.
The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds

Nz hunter issue 33 February March 2013. Did a review on tikka stainless fluted in 243. Review is to be expected, for the money you can get nothing better.

A mate bought one in 223 1/8" twist in left hand, but not fluted. And it's write nice to shoot, even if it is lefty!
It has a more dull finish to the stock than my t3 hunter that is pre 2005. Or should I say not a heavy varnish like mine.

They are nice. Feel like a rifle not a toy. If they came cack handed in NZ I'd probably buy one and I don't even like Tikkas

Edit: It appears they are here cack-handed! Uh-oohh
