Have you tried any other brands of ammo?
Could be that your gun just doesn't like the Super X, or perhaps the particular projectile loaded into it.
Winchester Super X wasn't particularly flash in my 223 Tikka, probably around an inch at 100 yards, but Federal and Hornady shot very well.

I have two set's of Warne rings and have had no trouble from either, and they seem to be highly praised in the USA.

Could also check the action screws, if they were loose could cause problems.

    @Beetroot,
Thank you for the heads up, I will have a serious think about this rifle, it was bought on a impulse as my "bush" rifle but somehow for some reason I think I shall not keep it. I already put 40 rounds thru it as required for a good break in and I don't want "yet" to keep shooting it if i will still sell it.
I will consider my options and maybe keep it, but for now it is still for sale, rings and scope aside for now.

Thank you you all for the feed backs, few of you guys gave me some things to think about.

All the best and keep the great work and "friendship"

I suppose my last post was not addressing your real problem. Have you put anything else on this rifle, scope wise? Warne are a robust ring and my issue with them is it is very easy to crush a scope tube with the leverage they can create.
My last rifle had the receiver holes drilled on the piss (Rem700).
When you say piccatiny rail do mean you have a rail screwed to the action or are you using the dovetail milled into the receiver? I'd flag the rail and get some lower Tikka type rings for a comparison. The factory rings aren't that bad.
From what I can see your targets are shot around centre so can't see what the scope problem is you refer to. The only thing I can see is your 08 groups are nowhere as good as you Mag. Looks more like an accuracy problem than a scope issue?

The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds

Yep @kiwijames, you are right about the accuracy, but what I am trying to figure out is "why it is so all over the place", my other rifles didn't shot this bad with factory ammo, maybe I need to consider what beetroot said, try other ammo brand and reloaded ammo.
As you can see I am not a "master" shooter but I can put some rounds tight together what means my groups should not be "that bad" with factory ammo.
Regards crushed scope, it was set very carefully and the scope is a very robust(Vortex Viper HS-T).
Thank you for the feedback, very much appreciated.

Yes it is cerakoted but was blued gun, don't like anything shinny on a gun so got it done. I've had same issues with my t3 as you where as the groups had a spray pattern on the target but since I was using the setup as per picture there was no way it could have been the scope ,mine was a plastic stock by the way and just in front of the action on both sides inside the barrel channel there are small lugs that I removed with a knife and BINGO gun was submoa!
    Is yours plastic or wood?

My is "plastic" but I have 4 Tikka's with the synthetic stock and I only have "problem" with this one.
Once again, I will "re-double" check everything and see what to do next.
Thank you A LOT for all the feedback's.

Sorry can't help you with that as I never had these but it is getting good reviews, having said that it requires a rail which I'm no longer a fan of as I prefer a direct mount straight onto the dovetail. But this could be your problem if your stock is plasticky,it certainly fixed my flyers!Name: image.jpg

Tikka claims it's free floating but in actual fact only up to this point and that is where the barrel touches the stock under fire ,harmonics are completely of.

Mac I know what you mean,I've had 6 over the years trying different calibers etc and the 7-08 as pictured was the only one that was dicking me around but like I said after asking the right questions on this forum I took on board all that was suggested, found the problem and fixed it on the range DEAD IS BETTER was my wittnes.
