    Tikkakoski .308 LSA-55

    Hi all, Have recently picked up this old Tikka and i know theres probably bugger all chance but i need some parts for it, mainly a magazine but also a stock and barrel (last resort i think i can have a t3 barrel adapted). Any help appreciated before i chop it down to 16" and upset the purists lol.

    new mags that will fit do exist but the price is scary.

    I am curious what is wrong with the stock it looks like it just needs restoring sanded and oil finished ???? I had one of these shot really well

    Hi mate, it has been broken and repaired, i can tidy it up but if i got another one it would be easier. good to know about the mags, ill give gun city a call.

    I had a Remington barrel put on one for my grandson. Not sure how the gunsmith did it but it must have fitted somehow.

    Tikka has a smaller tenon, so the larger Rem tenon simply turns down - have fitted several Rem barrels to T3's. And, they all shot like a Tikka barrel would have.

    I fit a T3X barrel to my father's tikka m55, the 243 barrel was worn out completely , now its a 6.5creedmoor.
    It was easy enough as the t3x tenon is longer .
