    Leupold ... and don't skimp on the rings either. I've seen more problems (and poor accuracy) caused by poor scope mounting (products and expertise/skill).

    Loopy standard alumina cap for eye piece and a swaro alloy cap for the objective end on the march.

    Yup. They are dear but way better than the likes of butler creek etc.

    For what they are, I would recommend the VX6 anyway, and I have a March.

    I have both. If you go VX 6 you may well need the warranty. Mine dosen't dial in line with verticle post in the reticle, its not overly bad and Ill keep it at this stage but I know of 2 others with a similar problem only worse . Personally in that price range I prefer the Z5 if you can live with the 13 moa travel on the BT.
    I find the march better in just about every aspect but might not be worth the extra money to some buyers.

    Yep like all manufactured products there are defects, what's the warrantee on the Swaro & is it transferable ?

    Like the March it hasnt given me any reason to find out. I dont get to hung up on warentees, if I did I think Id only own vortex.
