Nice rifle. Definitely a aftermarket stock and looks like some work has been on the bolt knob as well.
My favourite wood/blue rifles, a Ruger Airhawk 177 and CZ 455 American/Weaver 3-9x38 currently wearing its .17HMR barrel.

It's obviously custom, and done tastefully indeed. I quite admire that rifle.
One niggle is the white lined recoil pad, I would swap it for an orange one, or even a steel buttplate if there is enough length of pull to do it (probably not) but really it's not a criticism, just a finishing touch...
