Thread: Walnut stock re-finishing??

Anyone know a professional woodworker/gunsmith that can sand back to bare wood and refinish and shotgun stock? It got went and swelled.

I think the cracks are only in the varnish

Greg Maniatis ? . Im sure they would be able to help or send you in the right direction . They have done a couple of small jobs for me of late , really good service .

Von gruff on the other forum is a talented artisan and was kind enough to instruct me in stripping, sealing and oil finishing with tung oil. My jw15 no longer looks like a cheap copy at a casual glance
