Where to buy Savage rifle parts?

Hi all, looking for some advice on where to get a trigger guard for my Savage lightweight hunter. We had a wee accident and the plastic trigger guard came off second best so wondering who would be the go to for a replacement. Its the model with the bolt release built-in to the trigger guard and my limited internet search skills have drawn a blank.
    Cheers

Mine broke too. Had a hell of a time sourcing one, none of the nz gun web sites could help, or H&F - until I went into Gun City in Wellington. They got on the 'phone to the NZ agent and I had one in 2 days! So there's your answer.

I think the problem is that most of the NZ web sites are parallel importers so don't deal with the NZ agent. One even offered to get me one in but said he would have to get a permit and it would be expensive. Good grief.

If you have some design skills you can 3D print a replacement.
A trigger guard was lost for one of my rifles.
A little 3D drawing practice, some prototyping and replacements made.
The final versions were $5 each to print.

Nice job Cyclops but my design skills would fit on the back of a postage stamp so I'll have to try GC or Arthur Cleland

Get a high school student who has done design.
With the broken part they should be able to draw up a replica.
I used free software (tinkercad) to design mine.
My local library has a 3D printer where I printed it.

The library won't print firearm components so I was printing a finger guard (nod nod wink wind say no more).
I was even asked to demo the "finger guards" to my local Mens Shed.

Its got a complex bolt release, slide and spring incorporated into its mechanism. I looked into that before I found one and it wasn't a goer.
As I said. Gun City will get the OP one no problem.
