    I'm ready the zee ring booklet and it actually suggests what ebf initially said. Put inserts on 45 degree to get some back. I'll be farked

    While that may fix it I guess this is sort of a band aid cure misaligning the inserts to correct some other misalignment?

    The Remingtons have that problem the screw holes are on the piss I have 5 700's none are any use with rails I have tried a few rails not cheap Chinese junk, expensive US made stuff none were of much use, I have fixed the problem
    by fitting them with Leupold or Burris bases and ring sets with windage adjustment a couple have Burris signature Z rings probably your best bet is the Burris Z rings I find them most helpful just turn the insert to jack the scope to were it needs to be get a good selection of inserts and you can sort it out quite easy,
