You have gotta be shitting me. What the fuck were you thinking?

I work with a fellow forum member that is a fan of big bore rifles. In fact I am borrowing a 375 of his for the up coming big bore shoot in Ongaonga at the beginning of October but today he rocked out his latest investment for me to have a hold of.

You lot better be prepared to sit on his butt when he lets one go then )
And keep him off his favourite brew until its done: for fear of further accidental discharges.

Why does a red dot just look so 'wrong' on that beast?

Did the Ongaonga farmer not own that rifle once? It's one of Scott Trail's 50's?
The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds

No, I suspect not. It was purchase new and then chopped down very recently (and by recently, I mean in the last fortnight).
