    You’re right. Aside from a good yarn, it’s a reminder. The number of times I should’ve pulled the pin on a dive, and decided to look under one more rock, or one more crack and found a nice cray. Or tired and thinking of a warm camp, and decided one more gut, one more ridge.

    Of course its not the Ruahines. The Ruahines dont have that species of Dracophyllum Present.


    Beleive it or not but there has been Bull Tahr shot in the Tararuas though.
