    Dead right about base. I had same issue. Loctite sorted it.

    Just started with the 16 inch version which is 1/8 twist. Didn't like the 150's I tried initially but that was some cheap Barnaul. Loaded up some 165 Sierra gamechangers with AR2206H and grouping better at 1 moa. Talking to another mate with same model -his is grouping ok with 150's after average initial results. The barrel is now worn-in and going better.
