    Well the season is turning into a ripper for the guys over in Canada, Deereman just sent these pictures of a couple of bulls shot yesterday, the smaller bull is the young fella's first elk so he is pretty chuffed the other is a monster bull shot on public land it green scores 380 BC it's a massive bull alright.Name:  Bob's Girlfriends Sons 350+ Bull.jpg

    They sure are, that is a result of good game management, there is a six point on one side minimum so the bulls at least have a chance to get some age on to grow a good head.

    Well I thought I wouldn't see a bull elk this big come from the Princeton area in BC but this one is a true monster. It was shot recently by a local and Deereman has just sent me a picture of it.
    This bull measures 412 Boone and Crockett which on there scoring system a bull around the 320+ is considered very good. I hope my son Deereman can find one of this caliber soon.Name:  Massive Bull Elk from Tulamine 412 BC.jpeg

    I'd love to see a comparison with the old time NZ bulls they pulled out of Fiordland.
    Remember one of the stories where he end up with a hole in each calf muscle from the antlers after the carry out

    Bull Elk over there and of that size would be over the 1000 pound mark certainly wouldn't mind seeing something like that in my sights.
