Update on the tough fallow I shot, I put a chunk in the slow cooker for around 12 hours with coconut milk and a curry mixture and it came out tender and taste great so happy days
I will chuck the back steak in with the next chunk I do in the slow cooker
I do a lot of that during winter. A quick sauté with onions and curry paste, a can of tomatoes and one of coconut milk then in with the veges, set the timer to 8 hours and off to work. Come home to a lovely smell, heat it up while the rice is cooking and all done.
