I'm in the same boat (sort of) after seeing a stag of similar size in the Kaimais (timber not as tidy). He'll get bigger and wiser with another season and I'll hopefully catch up with him next May sooner or later. The story of a build up to getting a stag is just as fulfilling as getting it on the deck. Hot barrels!
