Does anyone have this book and they would like to sell it or know where a copy is for sale pls ?

I have hunted the Waiatoto a few times and been to Cliffs old hut site and followed tracks that I was told he made for his horse to carry the carcasses. Unbelievable how they got planes into and out of his Donald strip, its also unreal that the pilot had any room in his plane coz I would of thought his balls would of filled the plane .

One that hasn't been mentioned yet I think is the seminal read by Mike Bennett on the Venison industry "The venison hunters".
    That’s a great read

No one comes anywhere close to Mike Bennet for writing skill or Newton McConachie for historical observation. Holden is second tier imo

I had a great book written by a guy who hunted and Studied sika for the forest service. It was set from the early 50s through to the 70s , foolishly gave it away and can’t remember the title . If anyone has read it I’d love to know the author etc and track it down again

That is about the last thing in the world that I want to do.. I mentioned the ball size, my balls are way to small LOL. Thanks for the thought though.

Vern Wilson - Hoon Hunter is a pretty good read I thought, not too serious with hunting and humor combined.

With few regrets by Dave richardson, a relatively new out book but by far the best I've read for a while
