    Those rails in the pic above are at my head height, I'm 6'8 to give a rough indication of size his nose is about 4" off the ground

    My favorite too love being up on the ridgelines especially when we can drive up, even if we have to climb down for animals.....pure heaven

    Just been down to the butcher to discuss what I want done and he officially weighed in at 40kg or just shy of 90lbs not bad at all, funny they always look heavier at the bottom of a gut

    What's your butcher gonna process this as, sausages, cuts of meat, anything like bacon or ham?
