    I snapped L1 and L2 many years ago when a deer fell on me and, thanks to the right kind of rest and , subsequent to that, the right kind of exercise, it's not an issue now.

    Speedy recovery Antsman.Iv seen a few bad accidents on building sites in the 50yrs in the trade.Id say you got away from a very serius accident by the taste of that ice cream lols.The next battle is ACC.

    Yeh things can happen in the blink of an eye and before you know it the shit hits the fan, you were pretty lucky alright, all the best for the recovery.

    Bloody hell! Glad you got some good care there, and are up and about again Antsman. Ha ha, my dear ol' Gran used to feed us on icecream when we're crook as kids - the best bloody medicine!! Easier to administer when standing up though

    I'm in Welly too, so don't be afraid to put the call out on here if you need anything sorted while you're in recovery mode! I'm sure there'll be plenty of us about who are keen to lend a hand with (almost) anything.
