    comfry has been called knitbone for many centuries...a tea made with the leaves beats a green tea hands down...... I know of many people myself included who swear by it for helping to heal bones quickly.

    Interesting as I've always believed it to be poisonous and can cause pretty severe liver damage. Perhaps it's if you drink it a lot. What dosage do you use ?

    just a bit about size of a mint leaf in cup of boiling water...... like many old herbal remidies....do your due diligence research wise and make up your own mind.
