    Fishing is such a good one for kids. Pretty easy and if not on a boat they can explore and do what they want.
    Last year in the kaimanawas she cast her own spinner and I thought she'd caught the bottom only to see the line moving around. Bugger me she had a better brown than I'd ever caught. Name:  received_1365900457584869.jpeg

    Cool write up, my boys are just starting on their hunting journey, looking forward to days like this... Excellent decision on the home based learning!!!

    So cool seeing these youngsters out there enjoying the outdoors with there parents , these special times mould them for future life experiences. My son used to come with me when he was 4-5 and loved it , shooting rabbits ,possums , wallabies etc and lucky enough to get his first deer at nine. He now lives in Canada and he has done the same , taking his boys out hunting and enjoying the outdoors. I can’t think of a better way to bring up your children away from the hustle of city life which so often leads kids down the wrong path and into trouble.
