    Brilliant Square1, thats the way to do it....dont overthink it, just get out and give it a go.....well done and a great result.....just dont expect a deer on every trip!!!!!!!!!

    To quote the master (VC), get your pan or BBQ mega gazillion hot and do not cook it past medium rare and you will be fine.
