    I wouldn't say dependent, I try not to shoot hinds Nov to late Feb(Reds cant speak for Sika)
    While if your lucky you can still see a fawn suckling in April in the wild ,from 3 months they have a good chance of surviving IMHO

    Yeah. At 250 yards it stuck out alright. I’ve seen deer on the same face before so it wasn’t too much of a challenge finding it in the binos.
