    Few of the spikers looked pretty lean. Not too far away though

    Nice one. Was out last night and this morning, quite a few roars heard, but still a few days away. Spikers sniffing around hinds and bigger stags still together etc.
    I'm drawn to the mountains and the bush, it's where life is clear, where the world makes the most sense.

    Reckon the trophy hunters have been hitting sneen Rd pretty hard by the looks of that...

    Yeah, they did look a bit like the lost tribe, eh. There are some fantastic heads in the area, and I saw one of them in the velvet earlier this year. I just need to be less impulsive.
