    Thank you so much for all the response and I can only agree with you that Vietnamcam is a great man that knows exactly how it's done. And he is one hell of a cook as well because that bbq was beautiful!

    I got some venison to take with me too so while everyone at the hostel is eating pasta+tomatosauce and noodles I'm enjoying the best meat you can possibly find
