    Do you wear a knee brace, if so which one? I have to wear one on each leg.

    Man that's no good , ul no the silver lining though aye ! , best thing to do is take a mate , couple of years ago me & my bro in law were way up high in the godley looking at tahr while we were having our lunch , rito lets get into them bro went to stand up , crack dislocated knee at around 2000M up not good luckly we both had a plb , 2 other retarded things happened after that as well

    Most places I go are a fair walk often alone always carry plb hope you have a quick recovery

    Yep I always have my PLB with me. There's no way I could get my self out of most places I go if this was to happen.

    I guess I'd rather have it happen where it did as opposed to way back in a nargly spot.

    Hell yes, it could have been way more of a drama to get out that's for sure.

    I've been involved in a chopper winch rescue of a mate I was hunting with at the time, it's all quite a fuss really that I don't really want to be made over me unless it really needs to be.

    ratshit, have done the kneecap three times myself and have had to have surgery to remove loose bodies knocked off by the dislocation. knee is already not right unable to run etc and i'm only 28! a brace is probably a god idea but a big of a bugger to have to wear in the bush

    That sux, but good that you weren’t in the backwoods. But I don’t get it - I thought that 28Nosler investment would allow you to pick off the deer from your back yard? What happened?

    Unfortunately the only 4 legged animals in my backyard are these.....and I reckon I might upset a few people if I had a crack at them
