    Driving to Fairlie from Tekapo last Sunday evening,woow theres 2 hinds and a stag 50yds from the high way.Wife reversed the car back,deer stood for a few seconds then slowly walked away to the trees.My wife was impressed how tame they were,i said you open and shut the door,theyl be gone.
