    Whatever you do, or write down in your will, do NOT attempt to get your kids/other half to seek permission to have your ashes spread about: Its almost always turned down. Its the end of your life. Get depositied where YOU want to become one with your surroundings again

    Quite right, my late father is in Fiordland National Park at a spot that was special to him. None of DOC’s business.
