    Taking the camera hunting

I decided to give the hunting with a camera gig a crack about a year ago buying a second hand canon DSLR and going in pretty blind. To tell the truth I'm still pretty blind on it but heres a few of my better ones and now I sometimes find myself weighing up wether to even take the rifle!

    Nice.

Yes, it's hard to hunt AND take game photos... the two activities are kinda mutually exclusive but I take my hat off to you for leaving the rifle behind.

Seems you've found the path to inner happiness, young Skywalker. May the Focus be with you.

Oh, and post more photos. For a sika seeker you've not been seeking many sika by the looks of that lot.

When I started hunting I thought I'd never take a camera... Sure enough if the freezers full I'll be happy getting a few good pics

Hah yeah believe me the sika have been calling my name but with the birth of my first grommet I've been limited to morning and evening hunts closer to home. They'll be getting a good look at again from summer

    Nice shots mate.
I'm drawn to the mountains and the bush, it's where life is clear, where the world makes the most sense.
