They say a picture is worth a thousand words

So this is basically how the trip went down.

99% of the trip was either this fog/cloud/rain crap or sinking cans.

Then we managed to trick the old boy into looking at a porno while I took a photo to show his wife once we got home. Feel proud of the accomplishment as he looks quite sus.

Then my brother (who can lift heavy weights) was tricked by the old fella into getting out to check the tyres was left as soon as he got out of the car and forces to walk 400m to get back. The old fella was quite pleased!

And then there was a small anoint of this.

Great fun and good catching up with Abe again. I love coming to NZ and all the people there but you can shove that west coast weather right up your clacker!

That's what makes the coast so special mate
I'm drawn to the mountains and the bush, it's where life is clear, where the world makes the most sense.

Well done Jack. How big was the bull?
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

Good stuff Jack. They can be sensitive about discussing the weather there and always say it is nowhere near as wet as everyone makes it out to be. I just ask my rellies over there what makes the sphagnum moss grow; normally quietens them down for a short spell.

Nah I think Adam was busy this go round. Just us and Abe.
Mine wasn't a monster but my brother shot a 13 1/2" brute which is good!
Well one day in fox at the place we were staying they tipped out 86mm which has been the total rainfall for the year back on the farm day home!
