Thread: Wet Ruahine Range Haul

Had a fair bit of water in the Ruas the last few days.

So instead of going up the creek I sidled a ridge in the rain.

Plenty of sign,was about two hours in when I knocked over a spiker.

Loaded up my stealthy 55kg fisique then 3hrs later out of the supple jack to the welcome sign of the creek.

I was fair buggered when I got back to the ute,then off to milk the bloody cows. Drenched to the bone with sweat and rain.
