Great family trip into a neat area , and yes the photo of your daughter carrying the deer is a cracker, frame it for sure.

Awesome bro, I’m flying into Makokomiko tomorrow for a few days with the wife too, good to hear a few around the valley
He's still massively over keen. Gsp 🙄 still fine when it's a trip like this. I won't be taking him into my roar trips, it's just tiring. As we have three fly camping mishs in Raukumaras and kaimanawas, I just couldn't handle it. Having said that, he'll happily lead you to deer then spook the shit out of it.
Yes guys. I'm very proud of her and that photo is a cracker. It'll go on the wall.
I might have to write up a story of her adventures so far. Goats trout deer, a 15lb snapper caught fishing for herself. A national title at Brazilian jiujitsu. I do push her a bit but always give her the option of not doing things. She does, however, know that the biggest results come from the biggest efforts.
Oh nice. That's a pretty spot. Check with HS whether anyone is in Mangamingi.
I saw a few on that side further up past Mangamingi hut. Actually the only place I saw evening deer. Much like North arm, they get a hard time and mornings are ten times better than dusk.
And the missus gets a sleep in. Win win for her lol.
What can I add ?..... a very lucky girl. And when she's older, she'll add "to have a dad like you"
So cool that you get the whole family out in the bush. What a great experience for your daughter.
Awesome mate, well done
While I might not be as good as I once was, Im as good once as I ever was!
