    The 2wd crewman has plenty of room in the passenger seat behind the driver as I have the seat that far forward.

    I understand totally, last lot I brought I winced. If I were buying a 4x4 it would be a petrol SWB Mitsi but I now have 2 diesels

    You're paying the tax on petrol too, its just administered differently which is why petrol is more expensive.

    Yes but it also costs more to produce, diesel should be less than half the price of petrol but we are being taxed 3-4 times on it.

    Get a nice small kayak and you can put straps on like a rucksack and bike with it.... Cops look at you a bit funny though as you can't turn to see what's behind you.

    Dundee, last Holden I owned the computer on the dash would tell me things like "150kms left", usually about 3kms before it ran completely out of fuel, lying bastard of a thing!
