    20 since the recondition. I know nothing about reconditioning though, so have no idea whether that makes your opinion of it any better
    the recon will cover basic engine componants rings bearings, it normally wont have replaced electrics coils loom stators etc which tend to break down with age and cost shit loads to replace. if i was you i would do the day skipper coarse and look at a fi glass warrior awesome boats well made dry sea boat stable and lite you could launch on your own dont touch an outboard engine older the late 90's even that might be pushing it inboard engines are good provided they are fresh water cooled via heat exchanger.
