No way that’s a $100 million boat. When I was in the game they were $1 million per meter to build, and that’s USD. It’s been a few years now but that’s lucky to be 50m.

The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds

A 40 meter boat at that is 40 million usd which is nearly 60 million nzd.. add inflation, higher labour costs and a lot more fancy electronics etc I think you will find that 100 million is pretty close.
Years ago I had the pleasure of an evening out on one of Micheal Hills old boats for a xmas function, (I was going out with one of his workers at the time)
A very memorable evening.. even with the copious amount of wine consumed..

Is he going after pirates? Funny to have Camo paint on your boat. Not my choice simply if your in the shit out there why make it harder to find.
Then again that would have a rather big radar signature.
It's all fun and games till Darthvader comes along
I respect your beliefs but don't impose them on me.
