Thread: How to sell a car?

Last and only car I've sold got put on TradeMe for a fixed price and market place. Got so many idiotic offers and time wasters through market place I'm now going back to my run them into the ground policy.
Trying to buy a cheap car is just as frustrating these days, when I was looking for something for my daughter everyone was wanting $4k for shitheaps that should have been sub $1k

I think a problem with cheap cars is everyone thinks they are king dick wheeler dealers these days and try to cut you in half so they can double their money.

Yeah I think this is mostly the problem, Facebook market place makes it so easy for someone to just browse and send out 400 messages and hour while people are sitting on the couch.

Maybe I'll chuck it here on the forum and see if I get any interest.
The car is an Audi which I think is the biggest turn off for genuine buyers of a cheap car, which really only leaves the idiots left
