    Physio. Then stop running and start biking instead.

    Just had a quick chat to a runner, they reckon its a femoral stress fracture. Rather that then have joint problems I guess.

    Medical practitioner would be the best bet.

    Yeah the Mrs booked me in to see the physio at 6pm, I'm not used to not being able to walk/run it off. Hate going to doctors.

    Had a similar problem a few years ago, went to a podiatrist in Hamilton Andrew Johnston and he packed the inside of my shoes with some hard inserts even for walking and in work shoes. Some basic exercises each day and no more problems. Apparently many modern shoes don't have enough in sole packing in them allowing your feet to tilt inwards instead of being flat and causes some severe pain even when walking. Might be worth a visit.
