Better to be over powered than understand
Knowing me I won't fit all those things, I'll just carry them aboard. For this thing the aim is a minimalist light weight dinghy. More as something to do over the break.

I have a friend who works poly pipe and plastic welding all day every day.He has built a jet boat three pontoon boats (large ) and heaps of other stuff out of poly .His advice when we wanted to build one to replace our 4.2m inflatables was don't bother.Basically it would weigh three times as much as what we have.

Having built several boats including a ply stitch ones both large and small I'd have to agree with the above, it'll be too heavy and lack rigidity to have any sort of efficiency.
