    Susension Upgrades

    News from Toyota last night...
Can no longer fit upgraded suspension that changes/upgrades the GVM to the new GUN#,TGN# Hilux and the new VDJ# Land Cruiser models.
Any changes made will require a LVVTA Cert and also will void any vehicle warranty.

Basically what its load carrying capabilities/ratings is.
Most suspension upgrades increase the Load carrying capacity. With all the electronics on board now, any changes throw that all out of the window they reckon. Becomes a ADR compliance issue

Do they want to follow Holden on the path to oblivion ffs !
The factory suspension is ok for running around town but not when you start to carry loads and do a lot of off road stuff.
Or maybe youre not supposed to use a hilux off road any more and you got to buy a landcruiser!
The electronics in these new trucks dont seem to like water much at all either.
