    Ive done a hundy thousand KMs in my 2001 2.0l petrol "J20a" and its now at 240,000. It had to have the timing gear at the front done up, these are famous for the top bracket failing. Cost about a grand to do, other than that no spanners!. Mine is an auto and does about 9l/100kms on long trips. Way more on short running.
