Thread: Tohatsu tiller to remote conversion

Does anyone make a bolt on conversion kit from tiller to remotes for a tohatsu m50d2?

Selling engine and buying new again doesn't suit.

ali express have the engine end kits i did a 18hp one a few years ago as dealer said genuine kits were crazy price you can use any remote if its pull to shift . yamaha controls are push to shift but ali again has swap over kits . other wise try wreckers in aukland

I second the genuine stuff be unjustifiable price wise.

Do you recall what kit you bought?

@stumpys , If you are successful with your conversion, I would be keen on your Tohatsu tiller, as a spare
